We use advanced CAD & FEA software, prototyping tools, and a cutting-edge tool room for developmental activities. Product validation is done in accordance with ISO/IC standards. Our processes are flexible to even incorporate custom standards developed by the customer.

MANUFACTURING
Modern state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with Vertical Milling Centers, Turn-Mill Centers, and Turning Centers, various supporting secondary operation machines running 24X7. Backed by a strong production team enables us to produce high-precision components and connectors to required specifications that offer reliable performance and long service life.
Manufacturing processes are regularly evaluated by our devoted quality control team, which is directly under the supervision of top-level management, to ensure that high manufacturing standards are upheld. Supported by our solid sourcing team for raw material procurement. pressure die-casting, cold forging, injection molding, and rubber molding processes., to provide complete assembled connectors.
PLATING
VMX-HI Connectors Is an industry leader providing a wide range of plating options such as Electroless Nickel, Cadmium (Black, Blue, Green, Yellow (iridescent)), Zinc Cobalt (Black, Blue, Green) Zinc Nickel (Black, Blue, Green, Yellow (iridescent)), Tin and anodizing options in Black Normal, Green, Yellow, Blue. Based on the application selection and quality of appropriate plating is critical for properties like corrosion resistance, conductivity, etc.

ASSEMBLY
The assembly lines are carefully laid out for a smooth & efficient flow of parts/semi-assembled components from one workstation to another. A safe and clean working environment is achieved by maintaining a clear communication system, material flow plans, and production schedules; this minimizes ambiguity and causes less interruption to the assembly lines.
All assembly lines are semi-automated with indigenous processes and fixtures to improve process effectiveness and minimize bottleneck constraints.
We have been able to achieve considerable process gains while maintaining process flexibility by providing autonomy to the operators and assembly line heads to tweak the system to tackle different issues presented.TESTING
We at VMX HI adhere to high-quality standards to ensure that the parts/assembled components meet the required specifications for the application as stated by the customer. Our laboratory is equipped with advanced testing pieces of equipment for checking the electrical, mechanical, and environmental characteristics of connectors and cable harnesses. Some special connectors must be capable of operating in extremely hostile conditions without leak or loss of functionality, they are subjected to saltwater spray, and submersion tests.
We are experienced in developing new test procedures and processes for performance mission-critical products which are subjected to extreme pressure, shock, and vibration. Our quality standards adhere to many popular testing standards including LCSO, MIL, ASTM.,
